You can return most items for a refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs apply if you change your mind, and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.
Please email us at email@example.com with your order number and the product(s) you’d like to return for instructions. Items returned without a Return Authorization Number are not eligible for refund.
There are a few items that can’t be returned:
- Deal/sale items
- Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the sale page
- Items damaged by you
However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. In this case, returns and exchanges are free. Please save the package and contact us immediately.
Within 7 days of our receiving your return, your refund will be processed after an inspection and a credit will be automatically applied to store credit or your original method of payment. Your refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 3-7 business days for the refund credit to post to your account.
